In 2011, RAKKAN started as a small four-seater restaurant in Nishiazabu, Tokyo. Our company, however, has its sights set on producing authentic Japanese soul cuisine on a global scale, hence our sloga…
Wow, $40 for these items? GARNET Vegan was super bland and very small for $19. Vegan Bun was soggy. Vegan Gyoza was tasty witha delicious sauce, but five pieces for $10.50? What a disappointment!

I hadn't tried this place before but I like thin noodles and I wanted something a lighter than traditional tonkotsu ramen I usually have. So I gave it a shot. I picked the AMBER Ramen because it mentioned that it has an umami flavor. I LOVED that I didn't have to get the pork chashu and had the option of substituting (without cost) mushroom or crispy chicken. And since my favorite toppings are egg and bamboo shoot, it was a good fit. They were generous with the bamboo shoots. And the noodles had a nice textured bite to them. And the broth was exactly as promised. Lighter with a lovely umami flavor. Would absolutely order again.

Not my cup of tea. For the price the portion is way too small. Had twice as much ramen as a different restaurant for half the price and better tasting. Got only one slice of meat. For $20 not worth it. Broth had no taste either.

just tried this place for the first time and I'm hooked! the AMBER Ramen was amazing and the chili oil added just the right amount of heat without overpowering the dish. I can't wait to try more items. btw, the dried seaweed add on is a must!

Broth was very flavorful but not as spicy as I had hoped. But once I put the added chili oil packet in there is was amazing! Noodles had great chew and the chashu was good but a little tough. It was packaged perfect for a to go order. Would de be ordering from here again if I'm in the area again!
