The Gyunan Udon and Kitsune Udon were very good! One order comes with a lot of broth so if you are hungry, I would recommend ordering an extra serving of noodles. I also ordered the nori hot oil which was delicious on its own (though not very spicy). For the Gyunan Udon, I got the regular udon and for the Kitsune Udon, I chose the thinner udon noodles. I think I personally prefer the thinner noodles but you cant go wrong with either! The packaging was robust and the food was still warm when it arrived.

The Wagyu Don is a wonderful surprise. Usually with beef, especially Wagyu beef, rare is a preferred method/doneness; but this well-done beef still retains its silky and soft texture, and retaining whatever marination it has soaked. The accompanying egg, rice, and the duo pickled daikon complete the special beef bowl. By the way, any Raku rice leftover is worth saving, because even the rice is done well.

Absolutely delicious. My first order from Raku and not disappounted. The broth alone is worth the price. The Gyuman Udon was so tasty with the addition of shiitake mushrooms and the spice pack. The chicken tatsuta was a pedext shareable, although it needed to be reheated a bit (i used an airfryer trying to preserve the delicacy of the breading without drying out the chicken). A little expensive but worth it. A new weekend treat.
