The ramen was absolutely delicious. Great taste. I love the cooked egg and the pork was tender and tasty!

Food was okay, but only okay. The Cilantro-Lime Shishito peppers were tasty, but the amount you get for $9 isnt worth it. Same complaint for the Edamame - they were a bit undercooked, and a tiny amount for $7. Thai Curry was pretty good! Overall just.a little overpriced for the amount you're getting, and not the most amazing ramen I've ever had.

Unimpressed with a fried egg in ramen in lieu of a marinated soft boiled egg. Broth had good flavor, noodles were cooked well, pork belly was good but had dried out while separated from broth with toppings.

Tonkotsu THIS IS AMAZING. YOU HAVE TO TRY IT. I just came back from Japan and was sad and missing the country, and i got this ramen to make me remember the country and bring my spirits up. This ramen is so ridiculously authentic that it's like I was back in Akihabara! Everything is perfect. If you want authentic tonkatsu give this a try!! Also the chef is a super cool dude and very nice :) Also the packaging he uses is so awesome and convenient; every part of this experience was perfect!
