I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen. The broth was so lovely, pretty salty and delightfully aromatic with the smell of toasted garlic. The mild spicy level is absolutely perfect just to have the flavor without the burn (about as spicy as a hot cheeto or a little less). The bamboo smells quite strong. I also didn't know that this one came with an egg, which was a happy surprise for me as I almost opted in to add one (which I did not). The noodles are thick, lightly crinkled, and have a moderate amount of that al dente feel (my favorite).

Some of the best tasting BBQ Chicken & Chicken Katsu Combo 烧烤鸡和鸡排 in the bay. Food is always fresh and hot and their portions are always over filling. My go to spot for Hawaiian Bbq

Ramen 101 should not be giving any ramen classes. An inch thick layer of grease on the broth, under roasted pork that was tasteless, a broth that needed seasoning and was very watery, an over cooked egg, barely any toppings. While it was a big portion it was very unappetizing. The tempura was a thick layer of batter and was nothing close to what real tempura is, it was greasy and bland. I will stick to my go to's for ramen next time and do not recommend this place for it.

The Pork Gyoza was crispy and delicious as promised. The Lumpia were all stuck together and a little gummy, not crispy.

Meh. Seasonless and both eggs in the pho on the Chick Ramenen and Spicy Beef Ramen were hardened on the inside motthat ooey gooey feeling of a siftbouled egg in your pho. Meat was cooked very well just norealseasoning with spicy and medium levels which is suprising will likely not order again.
