Delicious flavor for the Black Garlic Ramen especially the soft boiled eggs! The noodles were stuck together for a bit and were difficult to loosen up after pouring the broth over them, but once it was all separated it was a very tasty meal.

tofu was not fried in ramen. it has been previously, on every occasion I have eaten here. worker insisted they are "not allowed" to fry tofu. I will not be getting ramen from here again.
