chicken was really good. It was just like the first week they opened ingredients were fresh and nicely placed, a big portion of broth to the noodle ratio was spot on. If it continues to be like this they will have me returning for more and trying new things from the menu.

This is the tastiest ramen I've had in a long while. The grilled chicken is delicious and cooked perfectly. The broth is balanced and the veggies fresh. Had this while recouping from COVID (medium spicy) and it was the perfect lunch treat.

The ramen comes STACKED with toppings and the broth is always flavorful. Cant go wrong with any of them. Lost a star because it seems the tops of the broth are never on tight enough because inevitably the broth spills every time. Could be the driver.. but it has been pretty consistent

CHASHU RICE BOWL was great. Thought it was gonna taste burnt but was tender and juicy. Side of rice looks like 3 scoops but it's 2.

The TONKOTSU RAMEN was so delicious and warm. SUPER filling, great portion size. Ramen 101 sent lots of broth. Veggies were all fresh. My wife really enjoyed her BLACK GARLIC RAMEN. You could smell the food from outside the bag. Had us drooling. Dont skip the GYOZA (7PCS) either. They were crunchy on the outside, and tender and flavorful on the inside. Would !!!HAPPILY!!! eat there again! Everything was perfect!!! (We scarfed all the food before we could take more pics lol)
