Tonkotsu Ramen Unknowingly the spice they use is schezwan. If you don't have a palette for that flavor it is nasty. (Imagine cilantro tasting like soap.) But I don't mind that flavor- would rather prefer a paste similar to gojujang or sriracha. Egg wasnt Jammy- it was medium boiled. Takoyaki(10) I think they used a frozen product. First theyre not spheres like im used to. Also the batter didn't have that bread/doughy texture i prefer. Chicken Katsu this was really the only thing that saved this whole order. Portions and taste are on point.
