Amazing! The broth is fire...I drank all of it. The eggs are cooked perfectly and marinated!!! They also follow all your instructions for special ordering! My new favorite place for ramen. I ordered seafood ramen.

I ordered the soup and noodle ramen and added green onions and paid an additional $4.25 for shrimp and only got 3 medium sized shrimp. I do like that the broth comes separately and it was tasty.

The black garlic ramen soup was a miss. I also added mushrooms and tofu, but they forgot the bamboo shoots in it (comes w soup). I omitted bean sprouts. Never had this issue before but the fried garlic cloves and green onions tasted bitter for some reason in the soup. The toppings did not match this particular flavor profile. Do not and I repeat do not order the lumpias, they were as big as my fingers and I have small hands. I hope they can quick blanch the noodles before plating in the bowl because whenever you pick it up to eat the noodles it's all bent and curvy and not as pleasant. For sure next time I'll just stick with my Shoyu base. The Hawaiian plates are great too.

Was really good except for the fact that it was almost all bean sprouts and barely any noodles. The egg is perfect. Other down side- the pork I got was tough and hard. Not appetizing.

I ordered the black noodle ramen soup because it received 5stars. I was pleasantly surprised how tasty it was. The fixings were in a separate bowl from the broth. It was a full size portion too. I would highly recommend this soup.
