I've eaten at Ramen and Bao both in restaurant and via DoorDash order. Regardless of where, the food has always been delicious. I usually get the vegetable ramen. The bok choy and marinated eggs are delicious, and the bean sprouts are always crunchy and fresh. The thai iced tea also never misses. The proportion sizes are generous and keep me fed for a few days, and reheat well.

So, complaint first: They had tiramisu on the menu. For $6. Tasty, but it was about 2.5 inches across, circular. Whoever set that price should take a pay cut for a week and reflect on how silly a price that was for that small a serving.
Now, the neutral part: The scallion pancakes; I'd never had them before from anywhere, image searches lead me to think they'd be thicker, but they tasted great anyway so it's fine. My own cluelessness at work.
And the good part.
I can't stress this enough. THE SOUP. The soup is ***SO WORTH IT***.
I got the tonkotsu ramen. Everything about it was great. They even sent the broth separate so the other ingredients didn't get soggy in transit. A+ will order that again.
Final verdict is 4★ - They lost one for the comical pricing on the tiramisu.

We order form here regularly and LOVE it. Our favorites are 9. Braise Beef Noodle Soup, the flavor is exceptional and the Steam Shrimp Dumpling (4 Pcs). This time we tried the Chicken & Napa Cabbage Dumpling, which had great flavor, and DanDan Mian. This was my first time trying Dan Dan Mian and the flavor was amazing!
We miss the R&B duck wrap, it was delicious. Please bring it back!

we had beef ramen and signature ramen both were great per usual. spicy edamame wasnt as flavorful as last time we got them, we like the heavy seasonings on those and this time was kind of bland. pan seared bao was great. taiwanese fried chicken's always delicious. bubble tea's delicous but v pricy.

The Bang Bang Shrimps had am interesting sauce, not what i was expecting based on the description. The Spring Roll (V) (3pcs) are always crispy and delicious.
