Delicious as always. Will forever love this place. The A6. Gyoza is always my favorite appetizer My husband said the R2. Ebidon he got was really good too just as good as the Katsudon he normally gets. I also recommend the Tonkatsu Curry, Kimchi Ramen, Spicy Miso Ramen, or Yakisoba. You literally cant go wrong with anything on their menu, and they add new stuff from time to time too. One of my all time favorite restaurants!

Food was solid, but I think it's a little overhyped. Garlic tonkotsu ramen lacked deep rich flavors id associate with tonkotsu. By all means it's not bad at all, just not as flavorful as most tonkotsu. Shrimp was good

I ordered the N1. Hakata Ramen and have many times before. This time, it was inedible. The broth was like greasy water, no seasoning or depth of flavor. Also, a large was somehow 1/3 of a broth container? For $20, not risking it again.

Taste, portion size and value for dollar all on point! Tonkatsu broth and curry are both comforting and yummy. Regular size ramen is big and the large is a lot for the average person. Chashu melts in your mouth, black mushrooms always fresh and crunchy, noodles perfect and the rich tonkatsu broth ties it all together. This is proper ramen. They are thoughtful too! After a recent operation, I ordered broth to sip and they left a sweet get well soon note. My new fave.

Gyoza wa butnt. Noodles were like spaghetti noodles. I purchased a large and it only cane with 1 piece of pork/chashu and a mountain of noodles. Flavorless waste of money.
