This review is for the edamame. Everything else was really good, but I've been ordering edamame around for a while now and this was the best one I've had. It was sweet, the beans were creamy, and the saltiness somehow imbued the whole. I don't know how they did it but I loved it. Also loved the complex and delightful miso chicken ramen (with delicious extra eggs)!!

Ordered Hiroshi tonkotsu ramen, gyoza and chicken karaage. Not impressed with the quality. The karaage was soggy and cold. They charged extra $3.50 for an egg which was very expensive. The gyoza was cramped into a small box. The ramen broth was very greasy and very thick. Spent $42 plus tax for something I can get it cheaper elsewhere and taste better. Not ordering again.

Miso Chicken Ramen was tasty and size was good for the price. I like the thick noodles from other places better tho

So delicious and well balanced! Other ramen places have too many noodles with little toppings. The pork was sliced nicely (not thin slivers) and the other toppings were abundant. Will order again!

Can't compare to the like of Orenchi, Santouka in the South Bay but Hiroshi is still a couple of notches better than the rest of unauthentic Ramen shops in the TriValley Area. Yes, the ramen situation here is really bad and Hiroshi is the only one I trust in the area. All of their ramen options are good, chicken karaage is solid. Forget all other restaurants in the area - if you want ramen and unfortunately can't get Darsher to deliver from San Jose or Santa Clara, order from Hiroshi instead. You are welcome!
