Anytime I order from here it's always SO GOOD! This time I got the California Roll and The Classic (Tonkotsu). The rolls were so fresh and carefully rolled. The Ramen was so warm and full of flavor. I got it with the Pork Belly and it was so tender and good. Always excellent quality!

the noodles tasted like they were instant noodles from a grocery store package. they're not chewy at all. the broth was tasty but that was it for this bowl of ramen.

I'm not used pho with ramen it. The flavor was a bit sweet for me. I 'm used to ramen with hot sauce in it and tastes more like miso soup. Plus no cilantro. The sweet bun with pork was also kind of a let down.

This is my favorite ramen place. Their sides are good too but the ramen is excellent. Rich but not too salty or oily. I order the Classic with chicken and corn.
