Our group order was a total mess. All customizations were ignored. Even left out one whole entree. Called to ask how to fix and only way was for us to come pick it up. Very disappointed, will not order again.

I ordered the crispy duck and waffles and the steak frites.
The steak was supposed to be medium rare but was well done.
The crispy duck and waffles were just okay. It's served with a liege waffle that had crusted sugar on it and it just didnt go together.

When I ordered this the first time, the duck was not overcooked, but was flavorful and juicy. I got two containers of delicious gravy. This time, the duck was dry and the gravy was tasteless. Very disappointing. The only reason it got three stars are for passable waffles and the pie.

Disappointed in the Shepherd's Pie. It was tiny compared to what you get in the restaurant! Especially for the price. It tasted great but I definitely wanted a bit more.
