the rat RAT TOES are a great starter, the beans and SIDE RED BEANS & RICE has a good smokey flavor. the BACON SHRIMP N' GRITS FRITTERS are very nice and tasty. the BREAD PUDDIN' is bigger than I expected and has a wonderful flavor

SEAFOOD COMBO PLATTER (almost $32) wasn't seasoned. For this to be a chain restaurant, the food all looked uniform but tasted bland. The breading was okay but still didn't have seasoning. Barely had any fries with the platter too. FRIED PICKLES was well cooked and seasoned. THE MUD SUNDAE only came with the brownie..dissapointing because other locations package the ice cream, fudge, and whip cream separately. STUFF'D FISH (almost $40 total) was alright upcharge almost $9 to sub red fish but it was good. Overall just an okay experience at a chain restaurant around 7 on a Friday night.

Delicious as always but I wish the portion size was just a little bigger. I doubled my BOWL O' GUMBO purchase and the two together were just enough for a grown adult to feel satisfied. On the other hand, the KEY LIME PIE was a definite treat!

I received 3 very small strips of thin chicken. Probably cut from the same thigh of a chicken. My plate was $14.99 and a waste of my money.. The red beans had (estimating) 6 beans in total.
