This place is the real deal when it comes to real food! As somebody who eats mostly AIP there are not many places I can eat out. The staff is knowledgeable and will adjust ingredients as needed. I get stuck in my favorites but there are so many more to try. The dandy detox is so filling and amazingly delicious, the Cassava Chip Nachos (with dairy free cheese) are a great treat on game day, and the Cauliflower Hummus is mind blowing! Everything is always fresh and at prime ripeness. So many locally grown organic items (like the trumpet mushrooms) as well!

Holy cow their new salad bar is awesome!! My smoothie was delicious as always! And the girls who work there went above and beyond! Awesome place and service!!
