I wanted hard shell tacos and they sent me soft instead (the tacos I ordered automatically comes as hard shell) and I didn't expect soft. Then I asked for cheese and they had no cheese and I was charged for that. Where is the quality?! If you didn't have hard shells, I would have been ok if you asked if it was ok. Come on Rebel, do better.

Twice in a row. Ordered queso and did not receive queso. Also, would be nice if there was a way to order chips to go with queso (assuming you could actually receive the queso).

This burrito does not appear as pictured in the advertisement. Sprinkled cheese? Really? Moreover, it tastes awful and is packed full of rice. Don't buy it 🤷🏽
