This is a very good pasta,the pasta and sauce were tender and tasty, and the shrimp were seasoned perfectly. the toast was even prepared nicely. We couldn't stop eating this meal. I'm SO glad we tried this, and we can't wait to try other offerings Red's menu. Pressure Pasta is a HIT!!!!!!

Last two nights ordering the red beans and rice,super disappointed. Beans had very little seasoning but had a very hot spice to them. Stingy on the meat , but understandable when you're the last to order so I will not complain about that! Though I paid only 12$, I should have been served way more beans but I am grateful. She was out of the pressure pasta which is my favorite!

I ordered my pressure pasta with chicken, sausage and shrimp but only got sausage and shrimp this time, which is okay because I've had the chicken before and this pasta is good with just the pasta and sauce tbh cause Red has cracked the code to a great tasting sauce! Portion is always on point and idk what they do with the packaging cause my food arrives hot still and remains hot after! I think it's the bag they use? lol idk but keep it up 10/10

The pasta was fantastic; I'd rate it 8.5/10. The flavors were spot on, and for $18, the portion size was satisfying. My only suggestion would be to add more of the protein choice. Overall, it was a great experience and not at all disappointing.

In RED we trust baby! I've ate from this truck numerous times! The food is literally always fresh. She never disappoints from the taste, her portions, the price etc... I love this lady up and down!!! I wait for her open times like a direct deposit lol!!!!
