Best BBQ in Redmond... or Bend tbh... Tri tip and brisket were perfect! Moist, fall off the bone, and flavorful! Honestly, it makes other, more established bbq places look pretty weak, (sorry Baldys.) Portion sizes are good, I'm stuffed!

It was ok. Out of all 3 meats, the ribs were the best. and they were just ok. Brisket was mostly fat. Tri tip was mostly dry and flavorless. BBQ sauces helped, but not by much. The two sides, macaroni salad, and potato salad were relatively flavorless as well. The additional side of beans I ordered was only half filled in the container, but I was ok with that because they weren't very good and I didn't eat them anyway. I ordered this thru DoorDash and it was all cold when it arrived, so I can't say that it was restaurant fault, but it added to the negative experience.

Honestly wasn't a fan of the sausage ground in with the beef. Felt and tasted more like was eating breakfast sausage than eating a burger. Quality of the ingredients seemed good though. Had all the elements of a great burger, just kind of missing the ground beef patty I was looking for.
