Kung Pao Chicken was not recognizable: barely any celery, no peanuts, carrots and bamboo shoots that are not typically included in this dish. The kicker: it was clearly made with pre-cooked cubes of chicken that tasted day-old.

If I order a dish that says Chong Xing Chili Chicken with a pepper next to it i expect to get my taste buds lit up. This was like the mild sauce at TB. Chicken was dry. Very little flavor. Im done with Red Ginger.
