I chose this restaurant based on the reviews from "Check Please" and I am sadly disappointed. Nothing about my order is tasty or good. And the fries and shrimp taste like it was prepared in old cooking oil. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

they put the food in boxes which is great but then they put them in a bag that makes it so you can't stand the boxes upright and if you order cheese fries from them, the cheese container breaks open and gets all over absolutely everything and then the cheese is cold and the fries are soggy. I love this place but this is the THIRD time this exact issue has come up and I'm frankly fed up with it. Makes me not want to order it, and this has been one of my go-tos. I'm begging you, RHR, please please please fix this!
