Solid stand-bys like the Pork Egg Roll and Pork Fried Rice are worth revisiting regularly. Their Chow Mei Funs are great, with the Singapore Chow Mei Fun being my go-to when I need a Fun-Fix.

Red House is always a solid choice. Special attention to the Singapore Chow Mei Fun and the Pork Fried Rice; both CAN be quite fantastic. Their CMF lineup is particularly special and tough to find in similar quality outside of a few larger cities here in the USA. Red House has lots to enjoy and has been a great change of pace here in AZ for years.
