Great quality! Biscuits were delicious and the food was still warm.

They did not salt the outside of the potato. They left the chives out. They left the tartar sauce off. I do not recommend the fish sandwich unless you live next door. All the food was cold but I did not count that against red lobster because I do live quite a ways.

Food is delicious, But took a ridiculous amount of time. Took 59 minutes from order to pickup. Sat in the restaurant for 40 minutes. It was completely empty, no customers other than one guy at the bar, and a table of two. I saw three servers, one bartender, and a host. No idea why it took so long. Host was rude and acted like a victim. She walked around draped in a long black cloak like a Disney villain. It was all super weird.

The food wasn't ready even though they listed the order as complete so I was forced to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for my food.

I don't know whose idea it was to put soup in a clamshell/box, but it didn't work. I got 2 bites out of the whole cup I ordered. The rest was good.
