Geberally the Mocktails beverage comes in a clear tall plastic cup w/lid. The ice and garnish come in a short plastic cup w/lid. Recently, 3of the past 4 orders, have had the mocktail beverage in the short cup - sometimes 2/3 full and sometimes barely half full. The ice is in the tall cup. At $8+ per cup, and only getting about half of a short cup, feels like a rip off. The inconsistency of the sizes of the beverage is not appreciated

We did not receive the half dozen cheddar biscuits we ordered. We received some sort of sugary sweet liquid in with our shrimp scampi. It was horrible and we have never had it when ordered before. The bacon wrapped scallops were wrapped in extra crunchy, overcooked bacon - so much so that the bacon crumbled - which defeated the goal of having bacon wrapped around the scallops. The drink had spilled over in its plastic bag, with at least half or more of the drink in the bottom of the bag, spilling out of the paper bag it was also in. I want to be reimbursed for the half dozen cheddar Half Dozen Cheddar Bay Biscuits®, the drink, and the shrimp scampi which was inedible in the sweet sugar liquid. We have ordered this before and never had the sugary sweet liquid.

Everything was packed perfectly. Sometimes it is all tossed intoa couple of smaller take out containers, but this time it was packed beautifully. Nothing tossed into cartons or containers. The crab was phenomenal. Cooked perfectly, not overcooked. It was tender and succulent! I appreciated the lemon wedges. It is not something we receive even when we order them. It's clear that staff took carein cooking the food, and also caringly packed the order. . I apprecoste the ice in a separate cup from the beverage. That a big bonus! 😊

Delicious, packed with care. Additionally, they went the extra mile and included cups with ice and straws for the canned sodas. That was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Great value.
