Everything was good, chips were warms, the only downfall was the chicken drumstick wasnt but it was still good

The chicken was hot and fresh, but the chips were undercooked and soggy while the gravy was so watered down I couldn't taste it at all. When I dipped the chips in it the gravy just ran off like water.
