This was the second order I placed from this store in under 1.5 hours. My first doordash driver circled my area for over 40 minutes while support and I both tried contacting him, before he eventually told me to meet him away from my hotel in an area I didn't know to collect my food.
The Red Rooster staff must have realised the same order to the same person in a little over an hour meant something had gone very wrong, because they hooked me up and more than made up for DoorDash's delivery issues! Close to half a chicken in the Classic Quarter Combo - 3 servings of Chips. A piece of freshly fried chicken that I didn't even order. And the food arrived quicker than it took to even resolve the issue with the original order. I don't eat their food often, but hands down the best quality Red Rooster I've had in years. They did accidentally put in a potato and gravy instead of the plain Gravy I ordered, but it's definitely forgivable considering the quality.

Chicken looked and tasted like it was cooked for 3 hours, 3 days ago. It was a quarter leg that resembled a wing, as it was shrivelled up and hard as a rock. Inedible. luckily had the Cheeseburger (with 1 soggy tender in it - not a burger), chips and the lumpy potato and gravy, as I was starving. Very disappointing Red Rooster.

Classic Roast Combo x2 next to no gravy, almost raw vegetables and very dry chicken almost over cooked was the worst I’ve ever experienced from this store. Only thing good was the peas😳 I figured everything has it’s off day, hopefully this isn’t repeated.

Was very hot and yummy with lots of gravy, peas thankfully not canned and with the bonus of stuffing. Chicken moist and tender

Classic Roast Combo food arrived fast but was cold, plenty peas, gravy and stuffing, tiny leg and sparse sweet potato which is surprising. Had to put in oven due to sweet potatoes being raw.
