the Tiramisu Cake was unbelievably good! I always order this at every restaurant and this was by far top 3 best Tiramisu!

The Peach Fruit Tea was tasty but the tapioca pearls were old.
The Black Forest Cake was ok. The cake itself was dry and there was maybe one cherry per layer. Also the smallest $8+ cake slice I've ever seen. Banana for scale.
Regent used to be so good and while not cheap it seemed good quality and fresh. I hope they are able to improve.

I really like the Coconut Toast and the Vanilla Swiss Roll here. Last time I got the toast it was burned but they fixed that now. A little pricy but good pastry.

The customer service was pretty bad. I ordered a pickup and reached to the service staff as my food appa is just right behind her. She pointed me to ask another staff who was on the phone all the time and moved on to serve another customer. Then the other staff never got off the phone and I was standing there for 5 minutes for nothing. I had to wait until she finished serving the other customer and then get her help again. She also seemed to have trouble understanding English.
Then the food isn't good either. I ordered Chow Fun and it wasn't even cooked well. The soy sauce was not evenly distributed.
I am avoiding this next time.
