The Pork Backbone Soup is great, but be ready for some work picking the bones. The steamed egg is just egg.

Was very delicious overall, but just a couple small critiques. The meat needs to be cut up properly as I found myself having to tear massive chunks with my fingers. And the broth was too sweet, although it had a wonderful flavour. Besides that everything and lovely, loaded with a large variety of vegetables, tofu and meat as well as noodles. Fantastic serving size. Says feeds 2-3 on the menu but I would say it could easily feed 3-4. Rice was well cooked and the sides were perfect palate cleansers.
