Their food is so damn delicious!! Best chicken sandwich in the area, and the burger are next level! Food travels well too.

Everythng was delicious as usual, except we got tots instead of fries. Probably just ran out of fries but it was a bummer. We also had one burger that should have been no cheese and it had cheese. Burgers are great, though, and tots were still good even if we were hoping for fries.

Went downhill fast
This place was good when it first opened, but something changed a while back. They took my favorite item off the menu (slider burger trio) and the quality of the burgers went down. The last two times I ordered the Rex burger it was practically raw and very greasy. They've blocked the special requests, so there is no way to order your burger well done.
The terror bird (chicken sandwich) is ok but costs twice as much as a fast food fried chicken sandwich of a similar quality. Plus, they drown it in sauce so I always remove this item.
Sweet potato fries are soggy and I don't like their regular fries, so imo it's not worth ordering from this restaurant anymore, even with a Happy Hour discount.

Terror Bird was ok, but overpriced imo. It's similar in quality to the McCrispy sandwich offered by McDonald or the similar fried chicken sandwich at BurgerKing, but costs twice as much.
The last time I ordered this sandwich it was swimming in Colossal Sauce (1000 Island) and the lettuce was soggy. So this time, I removed all condiments except the pickles, and it was fairly decent. But for $13.00, nothing to write home about. I probably would not have ordered this sandwich again, but for the fact that I had a $10.00 reward to use up. Now that I have used it, I probably will never order from here again.
Rex's had pretty decent burgers when they first opened on DoorDash (maybe 2 years ago?), but in recent months the quality has gone downhill. The last two times I ordered the Rex burger it was extremely greasy, and the last time it was nearly raw. I'm not going to risk food poisoning eating undercooked meat, especially at Rex's prices. So this will be my last order from this restaurant.
The Liquid Death "Rest in Peach" iced tea is good tasting, and less sweetened than the typical canned iced tea product (30 calories and 6 grams of added sugar per 19.2 oz. can). No added caffeine, but there is some naturally present in black tea. $2.50 seems a fair price.
