Thesand was good , didnt like the chop brisket, I prefer the sliced brisket

Tried a 3 meat platter. Brisket was incredibly overcooked. The sausage was very undercooked. The ribs were squishy but chewy and did not fall off the bone. No flavor to anything.
The beans were bean soup. The coleslaw was inedible, as it was extremely soggy and old. Even the roll was dry. $30 for one plate of food and it went straight to the garbage.

my burger was supposed to have grilled onions and jalapeños. the gave me half raw, not even grilled onions and jalapeños. I ordered a side of beans, and they gave me mac and cheese. poor service from the restaurant

Very dry and chewy hard Brisket Platter
when we go dine in we hadn’t had the same experience

The brisket was dry, so was the ribs, and the potato salad was awful and flavorless. The BBQ sauce was alright and made the meat edible though, mac and cheese was generic and lacking anything that would make me want to order it again.
