I recently ordered from Ribs and Burgers Eastgardens online and was shocked to find that they overcharge customers by an average of $15 compared to in-store prices. This is highway robbery! I paid $85 for two burgers and half a rack of ribs, only to receive my order stone cold. To make matters worse, the staff were unwilling to offer any compensation. Poor product quality, terrible customer service, and exorbitant prices – there’s nothing good about this place. In these tough times, businesses should be supporting their customers, not ripping them off. Ribs and Burgers Eastgardens should seriously consider shutting down if this is how they operate. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
