Another great Menudo find for our Sunday morning. The menudo was a decent size for the price, the heat was not bad, middle of mild range and the kiddos handled it well. All the garnishes were included on a small scale aside from onions, so make sure you have some at home. The bolillo was amazing and tasted and looked fresh baked and almost artisan. The flavor was great and didn't leave us wanting different. As for the Adobada ,Carnitas and Carne Asada burritos we asked for pico and guac on the side and it came with, so make a call to Ricardo's if you have modified orders. We don't hold that against them because we love them both ways! Absolutely great size of burrito, meat proportions are larger than most and garnishes don't over power. The kids are asking for the burritos throughout the week now! I am a green Salsa fan and love it, just right amount of heat and citrus blended! The red Salsa is good as well if you like smokey red salsas. Overall, a winner & reorder worthy!

The Caldo de Res is the best I have found in Las Cruces. I could not find the Door Dash driver's name on the receipt. The weather is awful. Cold and windy. Driver exceptional. Service with a smile. This restaurant is very generous with all ingredients, including the meat! So happy! 5 Stars! May God bless them and everyone.

I ordered 2 containers of the Caldo De Res, between the 2 cups we had 3 chunks of meat. It was almost all broth. The side of Beans and Rice comes in one of those small foam cups- I was expecting more. Broth has good flavor though, wish there were more veggies included too.

I ordered tacos based on the picture and received burritos instead, the side of rice pictured is maybe 2 spoonfuls for an additional $2..... I'm not pleased and food is Caldo De Res not very tasteful either

The soup was deliscious! Has such a good flavor but it definitely needed more meat which is why I'm only giving it 4 stars.
