my food was delicious. with the exception of the cheese quesadilla, my food was all warm or hot. let me start off by saying that if you enjoy a great taco, not Taco Bell, or even what you typically make at home, then you need to try Ricardo's tacos. I always get the corn tortillas. for me, I could eat them all the time. they are tender and delicious. I got the carnitas taco tonight, and I have to say it's now my favorite thing on the menu. the meat was tender and flavorful, and the cilantro was the perfect amount to compliment. my lime wasn't very juicy, so I wish I'd had another one, and I wish they would shave the radish really thin. I think the thick slice is a bit much, even just taking a bite with each taco bite. my dinner was good. since having covid, I struggle with texture and flavor of meat, so I always get a little something with meat and then the rest with veggies. as always, rice and beans were wonderful. the bean bean burrito was ok, needed like some onion or something to punch up the flavor a little, i have some left will add some of the salsa to it for lunch tomorrow. the spinach enchilada was a bit of a letdown. there was plenty of spinach. you couldn't deny that it was a spinach enchilada, but I felt like it was missing something. I'm not sure what, but it needed a little a umf, lol. I didn't eat much of it, so I'll probably try it with some of the salsa, or maybe add some onion. lastly, I need to mention the tortilla that my enchilada was made from. so thin, tender, and delicious. don't be concerned about trying this restaurant out at least once. are they going to have off days, you bet, because the best chef can't be in their kitchen 24/7. read the reviews, try the best things people recommend. you won't be disappointed in everything, all the time. oh, and just an FYI, I'll probably eat at least 2 more meals off what I ordered tonight, so you won't be hungry, you'll probably have leftovers. they deserve every bit of this 5 star rating.
as a side note, my dasher was great. for the first time in a month and a half, I was notified that my food was delivered, and for probably the first time, my salsa wasn't dripping out all over the bag.
