White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie was good but everything else was cold. The burger and onion were still good though

Waited a very long time for food to be ready and when we finally got it, it wasn't even warm. The bacon on the burgers seemed old (could barely chew it). Missing a side salad from the order.

Burger was VERY good, however...ordered 2 Man I Love Fry Burgers, and both of them were just normal burgers, no fries, no ranch :/
