If I could give zero stars I would. Spent over $40 on food and the quality was terrible. My 3 out of 5 wings were burnt. Asked for cheese and bacon on fries and I'd say there was maybe 5 pieces of shredded cheese and burnt bacon. Don't waste your money on this place especially a door dash order.

I definitely recommend the Spartanburg location over the Boiling Springs location. I have ordered the Kim's Cobb Salad a few times from the Spartanburg restaurant and it was great. Boiling Springs location, a Zacby's salad would have been 10 times better. The little bit of chicken that was on the salad was so dried out it was inedible. The bacon looks like it was cooked yesterday. They also left out the tomatoes altogether.

The sauced tenders in the hot honey was so delicious and it was still warm when it arrived! My husband loved his PITMASTER BURGER burger! We will definitely keep Rigsbys in our rotation with Doordashing!

We enjoyed our burgers. The fries were soft and moist. I had to put them in our air fryer for a short time and this helped. We've had them at the store and they aren't like this, so it might be from being in the plastic container with the burger.
Also, our Door Dash staff person did a fantastic job with timing and pleasantry. Our evening meal was good !
