I don't know what happened to Rincon Del Sol--they used to be decent. I paid an extra $4 ($20 for a burrito!!) to add carne asada, and I think I got 3 tiny pieces. They put way more of the veggies I ordered, but I wanted steak too! The torta was horrible too. It was stone cold, not toasted, and had a small pile of ingredients in the middle of the large bun. No sauces. An overall disconnect from quality. We used to like them, and will now have to find another place to go.

I'm Mexicana and from San Diego, so my expectations are high. This food is very similar to what we're served in the tiny street restaurants and food trucks. Love it! I've had consistent problems with delivery, but that may be a DoorDash issue.

During the pandemic this was my go-to restaurant and I was loving it! Over the past year or so this place has been going down hill (I agree with the other reviews). The price has gone up and the size has gone down :( The large cheese dip used to come in a large cup... Then it was a small cup... and now it came in a small cup that was only half full. Drink was missing from my order. You can still get a good meal here but it is not guaranteed like it used to be. Rincon Del Sol - Your restaurant has lost its reliability and therefore it has become a liability.
