I ordered the Megan's Plate with one cheese and onion enchilada with queso sauce, one cheese and onion enchilada with con carne sauce and one beef enchilada with con carne sauce. The restaurant put all 3 together. Theyshould have separated the one with queso sauce so it didn't get covered in con carne sauce. I also ordered the Flauta Martini without sour cream. They sent the sour cream and didn't send the guacamole that should have come with it. Do better, Rio Mambo

The Chalupas Elegante were great the first time I had them, this 2nd time was very disappointed. The chorizo was very dry and hard and not much of it. Nothing like the last time at all. Chalupas Elegante
