Iced black sugar latte was good but breakfast sandwich was not good at all. Also I thought I was ordering from the Richmond location and that the delivery would come from there because thats where I love and thats where the pickup location is but the delivery came from the mission location which I thought was weird.

Not everyone likes their coffee with sweetener, so that shouldn't be a mandatory option when checking out. I even selected the optional no sweetener option at the end and my coffee still came sweet. Please fix this.
