so stinking good! i never finish a meal. the chicken was seasoned and fried perfectly. the cheeter buscuit was huge and fluffy. the grits were good.

The flavor of the HOT HONEY BUTTER CHICKEN was lacking. I hate to say a better chicken would be from the place closed on sundays. The GLAZED BLUEBERRY BISCUIT was the best thing I had out of my entire order. It was soft and as expected. The CHIX & GRITS was way too saucy and the grits were hard. Over cooked and under seasoned. The chicken was also not seasoned well, it was almost as if they were relying inthe sauce to bring the flavor. The RISE SEASONED TOTS were wayyyy too salty. I don't think I'll be returning. This is way over hyped online for sure.

I ordered the biscuit and gravy with an egg and fried green tomatoes! Very delicious! I also ordered the cheesy grits... I am a Cali girl and grits are not a typical side dish offered here. I was so surprised by how crazy good they are! Thank you Rise for the amazing food and my first taste of grits! 5 stars all the way!
