Love everything about Rita's! My favorite is the chocolate water ice, but you can't go wrong with their sundaes, their milkshakes, but the best is their customer service!

it's been a while since I got Rita's.. so I'm not sure if things changed... but I paid almost $9 a quart and got a few... and when I opened them it seemed like someone had already scooped some out to make a small cup for themselves. I'm sure that's not what happened.. the point is I was just surprised that I paid so much for something that wasn't even filled all the way.. I love their water ice.. I just hope that this isn't a usual occurrence... the person who picked up and delivered my order, Matt, was awesome though.. I've never gotten a door dash delivery so quick. I was nervous that the water ice would be half melted by the time I got it but he was so quick that it wasn't melted at all. so that was a pleasant surprise and he deserves a 10 star rating for that

This ritas is inconsitent on their sizes as well as how muchthey give you for the money. Ordered 2 Gelatis and got kids cups with barely any product. Will support other franchises

Asked for Jimmie's on small ice cream there were more Jimmie's than ice cream.
When ordering quarts it would be nice to send small sample cups with order.
