there were no sprinkles even tho i paid extra and put it in the special instructions, and they sealed the top opening of the cup with what looks to be painters tape .. the adhesive was directly against the ice cream

The REESE'S Peanut Butter Mudslide Sundae doesn't look like the way it should meaning I don't see the hot fudge or the Reese's peanut butter cups. It just looks like ice cream with peanut butter sauce, melted whipped cream and a Cherry.
