I've ordered the Shredded Beef Chimichanga several times from Roberto's as it is a favorite, this time however the beef was really really pink and seemed almost like it was uncooked.

I absolutely LOVE bean tostadas from this shop. There are tons of beans, loads of cheese, just enough lettuce and the white cheese that comes on top. The Roberto's by my house makes their tostadas nothing like these, barely anything on them except lettuce and never any of the white cheese . Thats why I don't mind paying the DoorDash fees to get this quality food. This Roberto's NEVER disappoints and I will continue to order from you, or pick up in person. Thank you for truly making amazing food.
