The thing I want most from a restaurant is consistency. The first time I ordered the Shrimp Tempura Roll it was perfection. Today it is perfection. The last time I ordered it was small and dry. Another time I ordered it was flooded with eel sauce. I dont appreciate not knowing if im going to get a delicious roll or an unpleasant dissapointment for my $11 plus tip.

Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen absolutely delicious.
My problem is I originally ordered it and since I've ordered it 5 times after, they skimp SO bad on the main protein. I ordered extra, this is what I got. not ordering again. $22 for broth and noodles.

i was so excited to be greatly disappointed. portions were for children, Cucumber Salad was dry as hell, Volcano Roll was skimpy while it looked, and tasted a day old. Chicken, Shrimp & Filet Trio was 36$ for like 1 piece of meat each and a portion of rice. the only thing that I liked was the miso soup...go somewhere else with better food for half the price.

The packaging and presentation is very impressive. Did not like the fried rice at all. It was a very mushy bland ball of fried rice. The sushi was good. The prices are ridiculous for what you get though. Very small rolls and portions.
