Delicious as always! The platter comes separated out so nothing gets soggy on the way, and the cornbread is individually wrapped so you don't have to worry about it crumbling (though it's not a crumbly cornbread - very moist, instead).

My order today was not up to usual Rocklands standards. My Beef Brisket Sandwich was only two slices of dry meat with no sauce. The side portion of Old Fashioned Mashed Potatoes was minuscule. I paid $22 for a small amount of sub-standard food and was extremely disappointed.

Their bbq sauce is a bit too vineary for me. The Spare RibsWhole Rack were juicy and tender. The Grilled Wings were tiny but at least not dry. The Texas Corn Pudding was disappointing. It lacked seasoning and was just mushy. Texture and consistency was off-putting. The Macaroni & Cheese was cheesy but lacked seasoning too. The only dishes we really enjoyed were the Barbeque Baked Beans and the Collard Greens

Food was unseasoned. I will say it was cooked to perfection but absoutely NO SEASONING. I added salt & BBQ & I still couldnt bare it. The potato salad had huge slices of onion & was unlike any other potato salad I've ever had. Im a tad disappointed as I was really excited to try this

Chicken sandwich was generous and yummy on a potato roll. Stick a couple of sides on there, and you've got yourself a meal (I recommend the sweet potato fries).
