Rich, smooth and creamy, our fudge is made the old-fashioned way: with fresh, wholesome ingredients, cooked in copper kettles, then formed by hand into a huge "loaf" on a massive marble slab, then cut into hearty hunks of goodness. One taste of any of our old-fashioned fudges and you will be hooked!

Rocky mountain chocolate factory is famous for its amazing selection of old fashioned caramel apples. They all start with a crisp, green granny smith apple smothered with thick and chewy hand made caramel, then dipped in a variety of yummy toppings for a "just right" combination of tart and sweet. These are only a small sampling of our gourmet caramel apples. Your local store may carry a much larger variety of apples and many stores will carry nearly 20 different caramel apples everyday.
