The chowmein is hands down the best in all of US. Perfect texture, perfect mix of vegetables, and just the right amount of spices and soya sauce mix. I travel for wok and have visited every major city and nowhere have I had this good chowmein.
For those who understand the reference, this is North Delhi chowmein van style cooking.
