Don't order the Crispy Rice Tuna Tartare - not consistent with how it's represented or how it should be. Tuna was cooked all the way through, rice was fried all the way around, and topping also doesnt appear to match.
Everything else was good.

Quality tonight was down. Rice pot was weird and sticky and they forgot the whole reason we order - the crispy tuna! Only get smoked salmon roll if you like flavor. Did not seem as fresh as normal.

The Wagyu Beef and Kimchi Dumplings were outstanding as was the tuna and salmon sashimi. Sadly the Salmon Avocado Roll tasted fishy as did a few of the pieces of Sashimi Chef's Selection.
