• DoorDash order½ Lb Catfish was great! Love the tartar sauce. Im so glad they didn't go cheap on the hot sauce. Great flavor and love the consistency. The Sliced brisket was a bit dry. Felt older, like it was refried and warmed up the next day. Great bark and great flavors. Would have loved it to be dipped in juices before shipping. But overall great experience.
