The El Jefe did not come with the dressing mixed in as requested and the dressing on the side was barely full. Also chicken was burnt and hard. This place has been going down hill for a while but this will be the last time I order from them. Just sloppy.

Usually I love Roots! Always such a good value for the money. I don't want to leave a low-star review because IMO this issue doesn’t negate all the awesome stuff about Roots, buttttttt multiple pieces of my chicken contained bones, which was a big bummer.
