I only rated it a 3 because I ordered from here last night and it was good. Tonight, I didn't like the Grandma pizza, I didn't know it was flat bread and it was cold and hard; heating it up made it worse. Under the weather, I ordered the soup last night and it was thick and comforting, tonight it was ok, but watery. The chicken pharm was ok, ample serving. I ordered Angel Hair they gave me what they had, I guess spaghetti.

Quality was ok but not as great as in past. Cheese doesn't seem to roll off slices as much as before which is a plus. Perhaps store needs to put pizzas in the oven a bit longer and make sure sauce and cheeses ratio is consistent.

the Chicken Cutlet Hero had no taste what so ever the cutlet was hard and not enough cheese and tasteless sauce. The Fried Calamari Disgusting and tasteless felt like I was chewing on bricks and rubber 5mins of chewing still hard
