There is always one guy there with long hair that is amazing, and my gumbo always comes out pefrctly when hes working.

I almost always give Roux Dat a 5, not sure what went wrong. I had not ordered this before, wanted the Shrimp Etouffe but it was off the menu. This dish was nearly tasteless, no spice at all

Wow. Best DoorDash food. Hearty like grandma's cooking. We tried the Gator Po' Boy, Spicy Fried Chicken Po' Boy, Fried Catfish Cajun Plate, Fried Green Tomatoes, Fried Cajun Plate, Take out Special which includes beignets, cornbread rice and stew. We have a family of four and there is enough to last a couple days I'm guessing. The beignets are way toooo delicious.

Everything was great! We love the powdery, sweet beignets and the salty muffuletta sandwiches. I would really like a vegetarian sandwich option but that is my preference. I'll just have to survive on hush puppies and fried pickles as a no spoon needed option...

Very very very DELICIOUS!!! I got the Beignets with Rum Sauce and it was so delicious and warm. The Chicken & Waffles is divine. The best one I've ever had. The 1/2 & 1/2 Roux Dat Stew omg this is my first time trying it and it was heavenly. 10/10!
